Importance of a Daily Regimen
If you’re here, you’ve either experienced insecurities & imperfections with your own skin or you know someone who has. While topical solutions can certainly help, there is much more to it than that — it really does begin with your overall health, nutrition, and mindset.
Now, should all other items be in check … then you may want to explore ways in which you can make additional improvements and try new products.

Must-Have Primary Process
If you’re just now beginning to understand the importance of taking care of your skin and having a routine, the above list may be a bit overwhelming … but it doesn’t have to be.
Start small with my “Core Four:”
- Cleanser
- Exfoliant
- Toner
- Moisturizer
You could just get started with 3 and forego the exfoliant or toner, for now, but a quality cleanser & moisturizer are vital. Baby steps.
How often for each?
Your “holy trinity” both AM and PM is as follows: cleanser, toner, moisturizer — the rest is a bonus.
For masks and exfoliants, you will want to apply those about 2-5 times per week depending on your skin type and problem areas.
What’s your story?
Growing up, I always had concerns with my acne … which then affected my confidence because I thought: “if I don’t like what I see, how will another?”
That question led to years and years of trial and error – no, my skin is not perfect … yes, it is under control & now focused on repairing blemishes.
From antibiotics to limiting dairy to topical solutions to Accutane – I’ve done it all. The only thing that worked? A daily routine with focus on overall wellbeing.
