A little over a year ago I made the decision to take back control of my health (life). Weighing the heaviest I’ve ever been and the most unhappy / unfulfilled, I knew I needed to make a change.
I got “back into structure,” eliminating bad food habits … started being more curious about the ingredients in my food … it was time to “level up” and advance to the next health stage.
One year later and 53+ pounds lost, it has become a fun challenge to transform “traditional” recipes into low-carb – friendly options for anyone looking to adopt a ketogenic or low-carb lifestyle.
