A little over a year ago (July 2017) I made the decision to take back control of my health … and wow, was that just the beginning.  Weighing the heaviest I’ve ever been, I could feel it and just knew “it’s time to make a change.”

Update August 2019:  it has been 2+ years and I’ve maintained +/- 50 pound loss & now improving muscle tone.

“Back into structure,” eliminating bad food habits … I started being more curious about the ingredients in my food … how I could really do this and make it fit into my lifestyle.

Now I’ve seen it has become a fun challenge to transform “traditional” recipes into low-carb – friendly options for anyone looking to adopt a keto or low-carb lifestyle.
