A little over a year ago (July 2017) I made the decision to take back control of my health … and wow, was that just the beginning.  Weighing the heaviest I’ve ever been and the most unfulfilled, I knew it was time to make a change.

I got “back into structure,” eliminating bad food habits … started being more curious about the ingredients in my food … time to “level up” again.

One year later and 53+ pounds lost, it has become a fun challenge to transform “traditional” recipes into low-carb – friendly options for anyone looking to adopt a keto or low-carb lifestyle.
