We’re fortunate to be surrounded by so much beauty and history right here in Chester County – it just takes me back to my roots growing up in my childhood home, a Farmhouse in Central PA.
Our environment and incredible architecture likely contribute to why Chester County was ranked #4 across America or the top 17% of healthiest communities.

The Featured Farmhouse Friday winner is …
This week we featured some really great homes for sale in Glenmoore and it was tough to choose which one to highlight for our Featured Farmhouse Friday, especially with the incredible investment opportunity at 403 Greenridge Road – under 150k in Downingtown School District!
Nonetheless, we chose 3456 Conestoga Road in East Nantmeal Township with its 4 acres and charm dating back to the late 1700s. 💖
What makes this one worthy of a feature?Â
If you are unfamiliar with the area, this property is just north of Marsh Creek State Park in Downingtown with close access to major routes while situated in a serene/private setting.
With its updates and improvements made over the years, the kitchen offers modern living while still remaining true to history with its preserved features throughout the home with original doors, hardware, and random-width flooring.
