Exploring Chester County
Let’s highlight a “home of the day” and feature a local gem in our historic community.
Who doesn’t love a Farmhouse?
We’re fortunate to be surrounded by so much beauty and history right here in Chester County – it just takes me back to my roots growing up in my childhood home, a Farmhouse in Central PA.
Our environment and incredible architecture likely contribute to why Chester County was ranked #4 across America or the top 17% of healthiest communities.
Let’s review this week’s homes:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
The Featured Farmhouse Friday winner is …
70 Margil Farm Drive in East Brandywine Township, located on the original property in the community of Cumberland Ridge with the Award-Winning Downingtown School District (Downingtown West High School attendance).
While it may seem like it’s hard to beat last week’s Featured Farmhouse Friday with the Church Farm School properties, this one is certainly a charmer with its main house & detached garage featuring an apartment above with 1 bedroom/bath & in-unit laundry … perfect for in-laws and guests!
What makes this one worthy of a feature?
It’s completely updated and the location can’t be beat – so close to Marsh Creek State Park, Springton Manor Farm, Eagleview Town Center, Downingtown Borough, the Village of Eagle, and Lionville.
