We’re fortunate to be surrounded by so much beauty and history right here in Chester County – it just takes me back to my roots growing up in my childhood home, a Farmhouse in Central Pennsylvania. Our environment and incredible architecture likely leads to why Chester County was ranked #4 across America or the top 17% of healthiest communities.

The Featured Farmhouse Friday winner is …
For me, it was a tough call and then I realized it was a no-brainer – hard to choose between 430 Little Washington Road and 219 Church Road … however, 219 Church Road prevails!
A few years ago I toured the property for a client who was looking for a rental. At the time I had just rescued Leo and he was still a baby, so he went out on the tour with me. It’s nice to be back.
