Chai & Pumpkin meet healthy & reversing Turmeric
Your cravings for a Pumpkin Spice Latte or a Chai Tea Latte can finally end here with this delicious alternative.
A few months ago a friend of mine was talking with me about a few different supplements they take and I was surprised to hear they said Turmeric – I just thought it was a spice used in a curry dish. Well, you know me – I ran to Google and combed through article after article. You’d be surprised the endless list of benefits . . .
Long story short, I stumbled upon Golden Milk after watching or listening to Gabby Bernstein mention it – wouldn’t you know it, the main ingredient was Turmeric. Combine a teaspoon with a warm glass of milk … and wow, talk about warm & cozy. Perfect for a chilly night or for when you’re craving something sweet.
I do like to make my latte with almond milk, however I have been known to do a 50/50 combination of Heavy Cream for a more decadent treat. Pair this with an apple or pumpkin muffin from our Fall Favorites and you’ll be in for a treat.
